Blain was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This is the place to get parts for houses 30 plus years old.
Buyer beware. I bought a Bradford white water heater from a plumber who uses this company as it's supplier. After spending $1200, 2 years and 1 month later my Bradford white water heater has failed. Kennan will charge you $175 to exchange an in warranty water heater. Then a plumber, in my case, will charge $300 labor to exchange it. According to the manager at Kennan, Stephanie, these can (and do) fail in as little as 6 months and if it happens be prepared to spend $475 each and every time.
