Dr. Malladi is wonderful. He listens to you and really wants to help. The Audiologist was great, too, I'm sorry I forgot his name. But I had a great experience here, including the front office staff, who answered a couple of follow-up phone calls I made. I give everyone there 5 stars!

Receptionist, Front Desk workers all have nasty attitudes. I try calling for my Dad who is really hard of hearing and is legally blind so I have to do everything for him. Explaining to them the situation they kept going back and forth with two different front desk ladies and to medical records both were very rude tone answering what do you want and I was explaining to her and she still had a snobby attitude I told her please don’t have an attitude with me and she hung up on me. ever since they moved to holyoke hospital, they've been SO unreliable. they close their shot appointments all the tine without notice. you drive all the way there to find out they aren't open for god knows how long. their call service doesn't provide anything about closings. how hard is it to send out an automated call to the clients stating when they'll be closed. after 20+ years with them, i am refusing to go back. unprofessional is putting it nicely.
