I just spoke to them after a terrible conversation with another Honda dealership. The person I spoke to at Keenan knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to give me more information based of my description only. The other dealership wouldn't even talk to me unless I took a day off to visit them so they could 'assess' the damage before they would even talk about the part needed and would have demanded I take another day off at THEIR convenience to repair the car. I needed a passenger side molding for my Honda, so I searched it on eBay and Keenan Honda came up. I called them and Jim helped me by giving me the part number, and I ordered it from their eBay store! Thanks Jim
