Corey helped me search my son’s car for the lock bolt to take off the tire. When we couldn’t find it, I had to go to Faulkner Mazda in Bensalem. Bishop in Bensalem loaned me a box of lock bolts which we used to take off the tire. I returned the bolts on 8/14. Thank you Faulkner Doylestown/Corey for helping us!! thank you, Faulkner Mazda
Always blocking road with their parts trucks, God forbid fire or other emergency happens this is very dangerous. Management need to step in
I just spoke to them after a terrible conversation with another Honda dealership. The person I spoke to at Keenan knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to give me more information based of my description only. The other dealership wouldn't even talk to me unless I took a day off to visit them so they could 'assess' the damage before they would even talk about the part needed and would have demanded I take another day off at THEIR convenience to repair the car.
