I called the office today June 9th and the lady who answered the phone was very rude I was just trying to complete a renewal. I couldn’t understand nothing she was saying and she got mad cause I couldn’t understand her. I never had any other problems with Wic before this lady. She didn’t even give her name!
They have you on hold for hours, then it hangs up and this is all the damn time, even when they 1st open. Then they gave us a 50 dollar gift card. Now we have to use the incentives to buy fruits and veggies when we already get wic to buy fruits and veggies. That was not right because that came in handy for the struggling mother's. Give us something then change it. That's what u call bs
