Easy to make an appointment. Seen on time. Staff was efficient and quick. Dr. Keenan was informative and professional. Ordered new glasses which I needed.
Do not go here!!! I ordered frames and the next morning, I called the office to cancel my order, and they informed me that they may be already at the lab. (I worked for an eye doctor for 3 years and I am WELL aware that you can cancel, rather the frames have been or not). I did not receive a call back for days at that time they told me to give them a call and they will explain to me what is going on with my frames. Dr. Keenan is a crook! Charges for routine eye test procedures that should be covered by insurance and screws his patients financially big time!
