2 months ago I was in an accident, and I went to Caliber Collision for the repairs. From the very beginning, they were awesome! I went in to make an appointment for an estimate, and within a few days they not only had me in for the estimate, but they got the repairs started. Adam kept me up to date during the entire process. But unfortunately after they got started, they realized that the damage was worse than we originally thought, and the car was deemed a total loss.
