What my daughter & husband witnessed at this vet clinic is appalling. A pet owner had taken their dog in to see the vet. She was told the dog would need surgery however she could not afford it & had exhausted all other avenues. KEEN STREET VET refused to give this dog owner their dog back until they magically pulled $5,000 from nowhere. The only option they gave them was “ sign the dog over to us we will give it to a shelter and it’ll be rehomed “ Because shelters aren’t already full enough??
