Reception staff are delightful and helpful. Nurses are great at communication and making sure you're comfortable and the Dr's actually care. 10/10
Young, short haired girl at reception sarcastically laughed at me. Couldn't respond to "Hi, how are you?". Sarcastically rude and arrogant to me for no reason on many occasions. I try to be very positive every time; smile and say "hi, how are you?", in which she just rolls her eyes and deep breaths, giving me a harsh, sarcastic response in the rudest ways possible. Booked with dr. 2weeks ago, no appointment made im told. Waiting for flu shot not a sole here would still be waiting if i hadnt asked . Terrible reception secretarys laughed to each other.
