My experience with keen real estate has been very disappointing. As a tenant for over a year, we have been non-demanding in communications, only raising issues when absolutely necessary. Serious matters have not been handled professionally, and when an emergency situation arises they have been unavailable and unsupportive. Our agent was unprofessional and did not action items in the time frame required. I would not recommend the agency, and have been overall dissatisfied.
