I’ve been with Keenan for around a decade, and the service has consistently been excellent. In particular, Samantha Jelo has been exceptional. She supported me through a very difficult tenant situation, including the tribunal process and insurance claims, and handled everything with professionalism and care.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My family and I rented 13 Vanessa Drive, Hampton Park through Keen Real Estate, with Samantha Jelo as our property manager, for almost five years. What started as a home ended in one of the most stressful and traumatic experiences we’ve ever experienced. On 21 May 2025, the roof in our lounge room completely collapsed.
