Never returned my calls, texts or emails. Quite unprofessional
Samantha Jelo made our renting experience so amazing. She was incredibly helpful and kind. I felt happy to trust her with my pets when she conducted inspections when I couldn't be there in person and they loved her! She also made sure anything that needed fixing got looked at as soon as possible which we really appreciated. I highly recommend her as a real estate agent :)
Why would a real estate agency request you to "pre-apply" (their jargon) and ask for all your personal information, ALL, then says they will process it, and if "pre-approved" by the owner, only then you will be able to inspect the property? For a rental property? Really? Get real Samantha Jelo, make it easy bada bing bada boom.

As a long term tenant I have had nothing but positive interactions with the team at Keen real estate. Samantha, Keenan and team have always been nothing but helpful in any situation that has emerged.
