Excellent customer service. And the best machine repair shop there is in the Surprise area. We were attend by Mr. Rob. Who was outstanding, respectful and kind. He even went as far as to walk my husband and I outside. If you are ever in need of your lawnmower etc. Repaired go see keen Edge.
So I didn't actually drop off anything for repair or buy anything from here. But I went in with my Craftsman leaf blower that wasn't working. He told me flat out they don't work on them. What it would cost me in repairs I would use on a new one. So kinda don't waste your money kinda thing. Didn't even try to sell me anything in his store. Sent me down to other stores in the area with better prices. The main reason I'm leaving this review is because I don't think the few 1 star reviews are fair. I'm a landscaper and one day i come to this place i was looking for handsaw i asked to the Hispanic guy for it and he told me we don't have handsaws here, and i look at the wall and they have a lot of them, i told the guy i see a lot of them and he says i don't think you have enough money to buy it I was come here a couple of times before.. Horrible service I felt discriminated against
