Based her diagnosis solely on raw data from a questionairre, when instructions to that questionnaire scoring specifically say that that test cannot alone be used to make a diagnosis. Told me, a patient, straight out that she doesn’t care about patient relationships and customer service and told me not to teach her how to run her business. Obviously, she hasn’t been long enough in business to realize the importance of patient satisfaction and professionalism.

We paid her for an our evaluation for our son and she simply "copied and pasted" verbatim the NICHQ Vanderbilt Assessment Scale results that we provided to her from our child's teacher. She did not give her independent professional diagnosis! When I had asked her what her opinion was after spending an hour with our son, her response was that my wife was in the room! Sara Keen was recommended to me by another psychologist who was booked up and could not fit my child in for an evaluation. Now I know why Sara Keen was available on a 1 day basis. She is incompetent and inexperienced. She spent an hour with my child while I was present in the room. During the evaluation, she could not even come up with the right questions to ask.
