My heat pump quit after 5 years so, after calling the installer who was Keen Climate Change, a bad coil was found to be leaking, but under warranty. A new coil for no charge was very cool. I had to pay for labor but it was a lot cheaper than buying a new unit. Most warranties don't cover labor after a certain amount of time so I was not surprised.
