This was my first time at Keen, and my first time at a no-water nail salon. I got a Keep it Clean manicure and pedicure to have a self care day. The whole experience was so relaxing and so easy, and I never felt pressure to add on to my service. I also loved the no-water aspect because my hands and feet did not feel super water logged after the fact. Five stars! My pedicure at Keen was wonderful. Even though the appointment started about 15 minutes late, the service was excellent and absolutely worth the wait. Honestly, that’s what I get for being the only guy who showed up on Valentine’s Day, one of their busiest days of the year. Special thanks to Matilda for the delicious immunity boost tea + water, such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!
Update: It is upsetting to have a promise withdrawn and even more troubling that I’m being publicly framed as untruthful. When Keen as a business is retracting their word by refusing to acknowledge a promise which was made. I relied on Keen assurances in good faith, and then when I called I was denied the remedy that was promised. I really wanted to love Keen.
