The customer service and ambience was great and the attention to detail was incredible. The result is gorgeous!
I picked this salon, which is about 30 minutes from my place in Bethesda to start my builder gel journey because it seemed very clean from the reviews and website, and that is very important to me. The receptionist was nice and the woman who did my nails did a really nice job. I did have to wait about 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment to have work started on me. I never write reviews, but I tried this salon after not coming for about a year. But after trying it on and off a few times, I can confirm that the staff is oddly extremely unkind. My nail tech inexplicably refused to provide my full service even though I arrived 5 min early (she said she does not have time to finish my service with the standard massage or even lotion after my service). The front desk staff were all very friendly. The nail techs seemed sweet but not as talkative (but that’s okay!). It’s a very cute and clean salon. I’ve been getting my nails regularly for about 10 years, so I know exactly what I prefer. I did builder gel with color, and Tumi did an excellent job! Great attention to detail. I’ve been searching the area for a place I like and hoping I’ve found it at Keen!
