Overall my experience was good I enjoyed working with Andrew and Adrian to organise our new car. There were some communication issues through the business however my experience was saved by the above two. Andrew was very informative and explained everything well.
The staff at Keema Isuzu are always polite and helpful. Special thanks to Josh and Adrian in sales for helping with purchasing our MUX and organizing pickup and payment from services on a Saturday morning. A shout out to the lady that takes phone calls (jil I think) for helping to get through to the correct contacts late in a Friday afternoon.
I had my Isuzu Mux serviced on the 31st March 2025.During the service it was noted uneven wear on my front two tyres and a warranty claim for a replacement steering knuckle and 2 new tyres. It has been 4 months roughly and still no update on when this warranty claim will be completed. I have called twice and currently on phone a third time and difficult to get through. Love my new MU-X. What a wonderful car!! I am a single mum and know nothing about cars. I dealt with Andrew who was down to earth and very easy to talk to. He explained everything with ease from the paperwork to showing me all the features of my new ride. It was a pleasure doing business with Andrew and Keema Springwood Isuzu UTE.
Visited this morning wanting information and advice in relation to selecting an MUX model that would be suited to my wife. The sales man, who did not offer a name asked a very basic question to start with - what type of trim i would prefer.. I thought this to be an unusual question, however said leather was my preference. He then told me leather trim was only available in mid range and top range, with no mid range available in the country, so I would have to purchase top range or nothing.
