I’m not sure if dealerships have had it too easy since Covid, long waiting times, no need to find customers or treat them with a sense of respect because they come to you for what they want anyway ? I went the GCM upgrade, I was told Lovells or TJM only, go elsewhere if you want to use anyone else. Purchased my new Dmax here. Stephen was great!! However Adrian was rude to me at time of purchase. Empty wiper fluid on pre delivery? And my new ute had an error code come up after 2 weeks which is being sorted my another Isuzu service centre.
Overall my experience was good I enjoyed working with Andrew and Adrian to organise our new car. There were some communication issues through the business however my experience was saved by the above two. Andrew was very informative and explained everything well.
