TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE for my hubby yesterday, 22/10/25 when checking out car yard and inside showroom itself! NO-ONE bothered to acknowledge him with his enquiry about a NEW D-MAX ! NOT good. VERY disappointing considering we've purchased there in the past! (MUX)
Great friendly service - Josh helped us and he was brilliant! Not pushy at all, actually listened to what we were looking for and tried to find the right one for us.
The service by Josh at Isuzu was exceptional. Would give him a 12 out of 10. He always went the extra mile to help us with any queries. Thank you Josh.
Unprofessional, amateur service...I bought a brand new Isuzu mux 25 and they also sold me special towing mirrors. Waited for months, got the call to go in to get it fitted, waited 3 hours to be told towing mirrors cannot be fitted to the car. Such things are not manufactured...wasted my hours for they dont even know what they are selling. I am deeply disappointed by this.
5 stars for work carried out. Neat and tidy service centre. 2 hours to have the job performed, then 2 more hours, once vehicle was parked out front, to have the paperwork printed.
