I went to Keema to book a service and said that the rear tail light is broken and the horn doesn't work - the tail light was ordered. When I went to the service after waiting 4 hours the receptionist said that I would have to wait 45 minutes more if I want the car to be washed as our cleaner is on lunch. Then I said I am going to test the horn (which stopped working after the brake was fixed last time) and the receptionist said that the horn wasn't fixed, it was ordered.
