I have a loved one living in this apartment facility and feel the need to warn future tenants about the experience they've had living there. There has been a constant, relentless noise violation related to a neighbor that has gone largely ignored. Endless audio evidence , recorded logs of when the disturbances have taken place, and weekly emails providing updates on the situation have not yielded any progress in the form of a resolution or even a warning to the neighbor creating said disturbances. My wife and I lived there for a year in the Cedar floor plan and were very happy with the apartment, including amenities. Lots of space and large closets. Dean was a great property manager, along with Ms. Sonata, who was extremely excellent in taking care of our needs. Great parking garage, and plenty of outdoor parking spaces. Mailroom was inside the building offering great security. Maintenance was very responsive to our requests, even when we were locked out. Elevators worked very well. Property is nice and the area is quiet. Property rules change arbitrarily. They are extremely litigitous and decline reasonable accommodation requests that don't suit them. If my review is still a 2 star, the problem has not been solved.
This place is really nice, what can I say? The maintenance crew here is top-notch. Tate is running a really good team, and the property looks great. We had a few small issues after moving in and Juan and Henry were professional and knowledgeable about fixing anything. All repairs were completed promptly and the maintenance team informs you what is going on at all times and shows a great deal of respect for your privacy.
