My wife and I lived there for a year in the Cedar floor plan and were very happy with the apartment, including amenities. Lots of space and large closets. Dean was a great property manager, along with Ms. Sonata, who was extremely excellent in taking care of our needs. Great parking garage, and plenty of outdoor parking spaces. Property is nice and the area is quiet. Property rules change arbitrarily. They are extremely litigitous and decline reasonable accommodation requests that don't suit them. If my review is still a 2 star, the problem has not been solved.
This place is really nice, what can I say? The maintenance crew here is top-notch. Tate is running a really good team, and the property looks great. We had a few small issues after moving in and Juan and Henry were professional and knowledgeable about fixing anything. All repairs were completed promptly and the maintenance team informs you what is going on at all times and shows a great deal of respect for your privacy. Liked Living Here—Until the Move-Out Process I lived at Oakmont Village for two years and was generally happy with the experience and amenities. I always paid rent on time, kept my apartment clean, and was a considerate neighbor. Unfortunately, once I moved out, management withheld $1,600 from my security deposit to “replace” the carpet, claiming there were stains and excessive wear.
