Went in for break fluid flush three weeks ago and most of brake fluid leaked out of car in three large spots in two week period. Went back after the two weeks and Keeler Motor Company suggested new calipers to fix the leaking brake fluid. After having the car for two full days they put 2 defective calipers on noticed that the brake pedal had to be pressed to the floor in order to stop the car and decided to create another problem which would have cost another $400 after spending over $1000 in the first two visits with the ma... read more
The Service Manager, Bill F********* had a bad attitude; there was a problem with the belt of the newly purchased ********-****, and he refused to provide any replacement vehicle during repairs. To be honest, the repair was fast!
do not get a rental from them. they don't contact you then all of a sudden charge you with out notifying you. very poor customer service
Do yourself a favor. GPS coordinates and stay away. Wrote GM two emails to complain about various unprofessional departments, and no response. Six weeks to register my vehicle. Left my vehicle with no gas and thirty days later an E-Z- Pass bill. One star is too much but had to do it so I could post review.
Keeler Alfa Romeo is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. The service team is very professional and has always gone above and beyond to resolve any concerns! Highly recommend Keeler Alfa!
extremely unprofessional broke my windshield while working repainting the manufacture recalls. did not pay for the damage , instead i had to paid partially and my insurances had to paid the rest.
These people are racist, if your a person of color you will have issues cause they will play with your car as if it’s a pet! They don’t know how to work on **** cars! It’s pitiful
Racist. Discriminating. Wanted to talk to sales manager but instead he yelled to me ‘be nice to my people’ after hearing about my complains on a recently purchased car. So does it mean as an Asian I don’t have the right to complain and complaining is already an ‘attitude’? Not all customer are nice and I may be rough but he should understand where I’m coming from and at least have some empathy to me as a customer. He never apologized. 4 cars purchased, no. 4 the last. Service on 04/20/20 they lied, misled, and abused my trust, never again.
