Been my family dr for years punctual, knowledgeable, caring, professional and more
First I have been seeing Dr. Bell since 1980 I was 1 year old now I am 46. But since he has left I have been seeing Dr. Sussman and I have no complaints. Everyone is nice kind and sweet to me Josie is a great receptionist over all I give it 5 stars . I love going there and Dr. Sussman is such an amazing Doctor and so was was Doctor Bell. He will be sadly missed.
I'm reading a lot of negative reviews? I've been coming to Keele Medical center for almost 40 years. First seeing Dr. Bell and now Dr. Schepter. I have never had a bad experience. The receptionist are kind and helpful especially Josie. I've known her the entire time I've been a patient and she has always been professional and very helpful. The change to Dr. Schepter was seamless, I was a little skeptical initially after seeing Dr. Bell for a lifetime but he is a fantastic doctor. I feel like he has been with me for years.
Dear receptionist, Kindly do your job and pick up the phones so I could book an appointment. Since you haven’t been answering, I’ve been trying to make an appointment through the website, but am unable to do so as it directs me to the Grace hospital. I’m trying to book with keele medical place not Grace hospital. From the comments, it’s clear that you hate working reception.
