The front staff are all so wonderful and kind (Fe is such a sweet heart)! Hao is so professional, patient, kind and helpful and I also really liked Brian who was also kind and helpful! The neighborhood and the facilities are older, but I appreciate how well the staff treat you and interact with you. It can be a little tricky to get into the parking and there is lots of traffic so give yourself plenty of time in case you miss the turn into the plaza. Front staff as well as ultrasound techs at the back are wonderful! No matter how short of a notice I book my appointment, they are always accomodating. I've moved a few times through the years and I still continue to make the commute to this location.
Very accommodating and friendly service! Sometimes there could be a long wait but it seems like they are trying to be very thorough which I’m grateful for!
The tech is great and the receptionist is very kind.
