We experienced problems similar to some described by Pete M in the review below. Job was not completed to satisfaction, and attempts to rectify the issues were ignored. Their only response is to demand immediate payment and threaten collection/credit reporting if not paid immediately. Demanded more money than original contract amount. Avoid doing business with them.
We contacted Kee Roofing to inspect our roof on or around early February 2020 as there had been several hailstorms in our area in the recent past and Mr. K** confirmed it upon his inspection. KEE Roofing was courteous, professional, on time and very reasonably priced. Don't hesitate to have these folks help with your roofing needs. Showed up at the exact time they scheduled and were honest with the quote and work that needed to be done.
Professionalism from the first contact phone call and continuing on in person. They are well experienced in dealing with insurance claims. Knowledgeable and skilled. We needed to fix a leak in our roof and Kee Roofing was able to help us get our entire roof replaced. We had hail damage that qualified us for insurance coverage, and Kee helped us negotiate with the insurance company to install a new roof, to code. They replaced the shingles and flashing, ridge vents, repaired areas of damaged decking and more. As for cost, we were only responsible for covering our deductible.
