I’ve always been interested in Pilates & Kee Health was the first place I tried & I’m so glad it was. It’s been such an amazing experience from the start. Everyone there is super nice, welcoming & genuinely helpful, which made it feel comfortable right away. The instructors do a great job of pushing you while still making sure you feel supported & I always leave class feeling so good. I also love that they offer red light classes—such an added bonus. Highly recommend if you’ve been thinking about trying Pilates!
Pilates at kee health was such a wonderful experience. I was so impressed with the amount of intention put into every detail from amazing form cues lattes after, red light and over all vibes. As a postpartum mom rebuilding my core and workout routine form and overall workout experience is crucial!! I cant wait to go back!
Spinal solutions is by far the best chiropractic clinic in the Madison area! You will feel amazing when you walk out their door! Its like four services in one....yoga, physical therapy, mental therapy & chiropractic care all in one!!
Everyone at Kee Health is so welcoming, warm, and helpful. Dr. Bronwyn provides wonderful, attentive care. I feel heard, seen, and cared for every appointment. I am able to communicate my concerns and be met with responsiveness and a personalized care plan. The recovery area is tranquil and provides a lot of choice in aiding your therapeutic needs. Highly recommend!
