Absolutely love the center as well as the workers.... they have the utmost personalities so friendly... they make the experience just that much better!!!!!!
They move do slow like they don’t even care about getting ppl in and out. Then complain about getting out late. I use my I like coming her but I don’t now this will be my last time
Worst experience ever. Waited over hours to get helped while staff talked to other staff. Never donating here again
If you're planning on donating plasma in Champaign/Urbana, this is where you want to go if at all possible. They pay the best in town, offer additional points on top of the pay that your can trade for gift cards, the facility is clean, and the staff are helpful, friendly, and inviting.
