People are very professional would prefer over any other local donors places better experience fyi good for keep red blood cells in order for ftms who struggle with cell count
I have been coming here for 3 months and have loved the staff. But today I have lost all respect for this company not staff but company. I brought my 28 year old daughter whom is Autistic with learning disabilities. Bc of those she is unable to read. Staff informed us that she can not donate bc she can't read. CSL Plasma was very helpful when she went there. They helped with the initial paperwork and then read the questions to her.
