Came to donate today but was turned away because they said I needed a physical but they couldn't do it basically because they didn't have enough staff! This is beyond ridiculous! They are very friendly and fast
Trash service! They banned me because i was not fully paid and i had to wait until i got my full payment dispersed by a manager and i was upset expressing that i was late for work already they should have our payment fixed for the full amounts when we leave off the bed. The black ladies are the rudest ones at Kedplasma and they act like they are entitled to treat and talk to people the way they do! The best phlebotomist there is Angela ! The staff is awesome friendly as all get out and I joke with them everytime I donate. The program I'm on pays pretty decent and they have promotions every month for new and repeat donors which is awesome
