I love the people here and they are such good people, but sadly they do not know how to keep a proper payment schedule and have continuous payed me the wrong amounts (it’s not any specific persons fault) but it has continued to happen on multiple occasions, and they also don’t have the best communication between themselves it appears. It takes absolutely NO effort to be a decent human being to someone. I have never seen people so inept at how to treat people and manage a business, not to mention how bad they wrecked my arm "trying" to draw.
I've been going to this plasma center for about 2 to 3 months and never really had an issue. Wait times could be a little long but that's to be expected. However, today's experience absolutely solidified that I will NOT be returning. After 5+ visits to this place I got a person that I've never seen before who not only disregarded my comfort and safety but didn't seem like they knew what they were doing at all. Insanely slow. I have been here since 8:30am today it is now currently about 11am. I have been loyal to this place for quite awhile but now I’m starting to question that loyalty. May be taking my business elsewhere
