Saying that Mark was an absolute pleasure is an understatement. When I say I am NOT a morning person, I mean I can go to bed at 7 PM and at 7 AM I still wouldn’t want to get up. Yet somehow Mark managed to get me to smile throughout the entire process! This was the first time I can say coming in as a new donor was not a drag. I think I’ll make this one my home.
Nice staff, they are always efficient and friendly. It does get busy and there will be a wait but overall I have never had a bad experience.
Pleasant staff, efficient process, and generous compensation for plasma donation. I have heard from other donors that if you happen to arrive when they are very busy, the line can take quite awhile to get through. My personal experience is typically arriving between 9:30-11 am and from check in to walking out the door usually is about an hour to an hour and a half. They say Thursdays and Saturdays are the busiest days.
