This is my 3rd time coming to this place all the staff members are nice except for this one lady. this staff member is and older white with hundreads of wrinkles in her face She’s kicked me out because I was a new donor who came around 5:40 and because they close at 7 they wasn’t taking any new donors but she also watch me stand there for about half an hour before she said anything and the way she speaks to me is very rude and very passive aggressive TODAY I came back here and was getting helped. I am so glad the Ked plasma started giving the saline after donation. I have returned and the place is clean and the staff is great. But I do have 1 complaint, when I go I always open the door to see how many people are waiting if the line is short I will stay if not I will go back. Lately the line will be short but you are standing in the line which is what you are suppose to do. Bad all around experience… the staff is a complete mess. Their rude and inconsiderate to the donors…Not professional at all I suggest firing all and rehiring new people because that staff is a disgrace.. James in particular made me feel uncomfortable he’s not fit to work there and there’s a lot more of them that need to be replaced! I hope this center turn it around and start caring more about the donor than just a simple little paycheck
Very dissatisfied today with how long it took to reach the back didn't make sense at all common sense wasn't common today
