They are quick and friendly and always hard at it to the last donor.
I'll be coming to this place for about a year now never seen any issues till today I saw a donor pass out. Kiana went into immediate action barking orders like a doctor taking numbers down. I seen her get the donors phone number so they can call them later and follow up make sure that they're okay. This is professionalism in the first second and third degree. I had a excellent experience at the plasma center thanks to Samantha, she was friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable from start to finish.
About the same exact thing happened to me as the poster below. The phlebotomist blew two of my veins out also. Don't make a complaint to corporate. Because they will refer the complaint back to the donor center. In which management will basically interrogate you. Next, they will set it up so where on your next donation they will sabotage it. They will make sure at the end of the donation the machine doesn't return your blood. And you will end up getting a two month deferral for extreme blood loss. I did not find out about my... read more
