Horrible I’ve been waiting for hours just to get checked in and registered while all employees just talking and waiting around
There just slow due to it being short staffed. Not very clean. For this to be a donation center very filthy. Staff is very rude/petty. You can ask a simple question and will get attitude every time. Open late quit offten. 7:06 am, 7:10 am, 7:38 am today due no nurse staff showing up. Not a bad place and the staff is nice just no one seems to know how a phone works I called and called and called and no one picks up I was there in person and watch them walk past the phone or look at it and never pick it up. That’s the only downside no one understands how a land line works maybe if it was a smartphone they would not ever get off of it but at least they would have to answer
Fast passes are killing this place. You'll wait for hours just so someone who barely walked in skips you and everyone else even though y'all have been waiting for hours !
