So far, my experience as a new donor hasn’t been the best. The wait time for new donors is extremely long, and it doesn’t feel like the kind of experience you’d want to give someone who’s new. When someone comes into your business just like when you welcome someone into your home you’d want them to feel valued, cared for, and welcomed. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience so far.
