Service is amazing. Too bad it's overshadowed by workers complaining about management, and how bad other workers (that are on that shift with them) are at their job. Also having to stand in line smelling like body odor and (or) cannabis is rather unappealing. A simple talk with workers about conduct and a hygiene enforcement would go a long way.
Machines clog at the very end causing you to sit there for an extra hour plus to get your blood back. I spoke with a lady that claimed to be a supervisor which was zero help, like talking to a brick wall and then tried to talk down to me like a child. Every other place I have donated I have had zero issues with a high pressure return. Get your machines right and that supervisor lady needs to be demoted.
I've been donating at this location for few months now and. I've had a very good experience.. it takes be 35 minutes to donate. I hydrate well and pump fast to finish faster. That's the key ☺️. I've always had great phlebotomists. And I have deep, rolling veins.. Shout out to CHARLES, KAT, CHRISTINA, LILIANA, JESSICA, & KATIE.. They're the ones that always stick me.. amazing.. never had any problems. Yea sometimes there's long wait sometimes it's in and out.. oh well, its not the end of the world.. life goes on...Thank God..... read more
