I Switched over from CSL Plasma, Biggest Mistake of my Life, This place is horrible, got deferred after my first donation, because the KED plasma app said I could come and donate that day, so they Deferred me, So Rude, Would not recommend for anyone going to CSL Plasma!!!
This review will not reflect the staff & overall environment, only one wired individual who insists on power tripping over a mask. While being screened I pulled down my Mask so I can be identified, once identified the screener insisted I take off my mask, but gave me no clear reason. I still complied & took it off without hesitation, when I asked if I could put it back on she was already upset & said no, & told me it had to stay off, instantly starting to threaten me with a deferral. Honestly this place is a scam. They try to make up some lies about you need to be part of a special program to get paid the $55 and $60 plus the bonus after the first 4 times of donating which isn't true since they actually did give the proper payout the first bonus but only because I said something about it.
