I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at the KED Plasma location in Pensacola. The team consistently provides excellent service, and it really shows. Gracie, who leads the screening area, stands out for her professionalism and friendly attitude—she keeps things organized and running efficiently every time I’m there. I’ve had consistently great experiences at KED Plasma in Pensacola. The staff truly deserves an A+ across the board. Gracie, the screening lead, does an amazing job—she’s always professional, friendly, and keeps everything running smoothly. Everyone Ked plasma center has been very nice and very helpful. Shelly just helped me via phone to straighten out my compensation for my 2nd donation. Last week someone helped me as well however I didn't get their name. I am extremely happy and grateful for all staff members their cause I have had a great experience with everyone I have commmunicated with. Everyone keep up the excellent work. P.S.
