Terrible service workers loud and partying rather than actually working. Besides the two older guys they were interacting with patients. Moe and Makayla were inattentive, rude, loud, and whispering about donors. 0/10 won't be back. Had a previous bad experience. Granddaddy did well. They held the floor down. Unprofessional visit, terrible visit this time. I took my positive review back.
First time donating plasma and the lady with long dreads infiltrated veins in both of my arms so wasn’t able to finish nor receive my blood back. This was due to lack of instructions given when to pump and when not too and when she told me that’s what happened and I responded that she should’ve told me that she shrugged her shoulders as not to care.
