I am giving a 3 star not because I am disappointed in the back of the house but I am very displeased with the front check in where they prick your fingers. I have been coming here since October and havn’t had a bad experience once. The phlebotomists are very responsive when I need them and very friendly. I’m in and out so quick every time I go which did not happen at the other place I used to go to.
Great place, friendly and pay well
Terrible service workers loud and partying rather than actually working. Besides the two older guys they were interacting with patients. I have PTSD I begged not to be stuck by a man, she said I had no choice. I cried while being stuck and it was painful and thumping my vein the whole time. Whole time their chairs are empty... Moe and Makayla were inattentive, rude, loud, and whispering about donors. 0/10 won't be back. Had a previous bad experience. Granddaddy did well. They held the floor down. Unprofessional visit, terrible visit this time. I took my positive review back.
