I think this place needs to be re-evaluated and maybe from an out of state source as everyone knows they have the "right" person at the "right" place so places like these are able to Wiggle through. They follow "the book" only whom they choose. Employees bad mouth donors. Hobble place to go. The ville lady was extremely rude. Do not recommend this place to no one
The nurse who does the physical had attitude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. She was rude and spoke with me as if I was a child who was stupid and didn’t know what I was saying.
Bad customer service not sanitary at all the equipment is not clean very bad attitudes definitely not recommend for 1st time or any other donors bad service
