Most of the staff is amazing but some of them are hateful and rude they allow some to sit on the phone and tell others they can't be on the phone the lady with a tongue piercing is loud and rude cussing talking about R Kelly and showing pictures of the Chris brown concert instead of sticking people
I think overall the facility is a great and immaculately clean. One of negative complaints I have ss staff would not answer the phone. I started at 720 and stopped trying to call at 740. I was trying to call to see if my daughter could attend with me. When I got there, my daughter was told to get out before I could even get through the door. Very clean. The staff is very skilled. Check in process is easy, everything is explained to you, the front desk check in supervisor is top notch. All phlebotomist are friendly and skilled. I would definitely recommend this center for donation.
