I had been donating at Octapharma in Tyler. This facility and its staff are a far superior experience. The staff is knowledgable, professsional, and didn't waste any time from intake to the donation process from beginning to end. The environment is nicer, and all the details of long term donation here were well covered. These folks are on it. 10/10 would recommend for new donors, or folks looking for a better donation experience.
