Grifols plasma donation center is the most unprofessional business I have ever gone to in my 50 years of living. They said something about checking my samples, which they would not explain. I asked where should I wait for the nurse they told me to STAND up front. 48 minutes later I ask for a manager or managers number. I was told to leave. They said i disrespected their staff by asking for a manager. I left in tears. Corporate was call and I will be following up.
