I'm sorry I'm taking back the positive review I don't know what is going on but since a few people have gotten on board the whole moral in the place is down the new rules are ridiculous. It's based more on envy rather than merit we dont get more money because you requested a certain plobatamist its because they do a good job and your not dealing with another plobatamist that wont stick you right and you going to be in there more than an hour now they say we can request a plobatimas. I left one star...but I'll change it up. The reason why is because the staff are great people. The donation place is amazing...just the answering the phone thing. I stopped donating other places due to the same problem. No one answering the phone. Ya keep doing ya thang. Good place here.

I been to many different plasma donation center in the houston area and this is one of the best. I've been donating here before and after the remodeling. I would like to complement in specific Dashea,Ms Fee Mr. Ruben, Jose, Kay for their professionalism, courtesy, and patience.
