Seemed to be overwhelmed....I am a first time donor and left before I ever donated...first wait was very long then had to be moved because sign pad did not work, then the next sign pad did not work, then had to be moved again because fingerprint scanner wouldn't work, then couldn't sign into kiosk so I had to use my phone. Did finger stick and BP and was told to go wait for medical, well about 6 different employees keep going to an office and No one got me for physical....I was only person waiting...I must have been forgotte... read more
Really thought they would handle a normal routine visit better to inform them of a coworker that gets high and plugging people up but I was treated very poorly and made to discontinue donation I kindly asked a coworker to keep my name out there mouth all said and done they did still give me the $50 for donation but still I thought customer satisfaction was key guess I was wrong didn't even need the money but past is past I'm not mad just disappointed in the way I was treated
