The staff here are very good about what they do. They also explain things in a way you can understand. The building is very clean.
You used to be able to get in and out. Time spent waiting the last two visits is ridiculous. Last time was four hours at least, just waiting for an examination. I have been sitting here over an hour today waiting after answering questions on the kiosk to get consents signed.There is no reason for anyone to spend all day here like this. Not only that but they are open fewer hours, only till 4 on Saturday and closed on Sunday? People work. This place is going downhill. Just started going this month, my first few times were great! Very easy process, staff was friendly and helpful. First ever time took me about 3 hours in total with the new donor physical. Today however I am feeling discomfort after being helped by Michelle. As soon as she poked me it felt different than the other times. I told her it was uncomfortable and she expressed that she was probably against the vein wall. After she left I kept feeling a flutter feeling at the injection site and the monitor would say "no flow". After... read more
Will make my review a 5 star when I don't have to listen to phlebotomy tech Rebecca and her boyfriend discussing their sex life on the donor floor also when im not being ignored for a cell phone while actively having issues with my donor machine
