Lovely place 🤣
I’m going on my 6th donation and it is SOOO much better than CSL. I feel safe going to the location, it’s very bright and clean inside. I am usually in and out within 60-90 minutes depending the time I get there. Saturdays are busier but I was still out in less than 2 hrs. The staff are the best part, they are friendly and personable. Even my initial sign up, I was out in about 2 hrs and most of that time was due to a video and then getting my account set up. I switched to be closer to home. It’s been a really frustrating transition from my previous location. The process is long, not enough staff and the environment is very uncomfortable compared to surprise. So far staff seem bothered by questions, hardly answer the phone and god forbid you have issues with your iron and tried to get cleared. Sadly may be worth the drive to surprise.
