The one star is for there policies and not the staff. Ive been donating here for 3 or 4 years now since it was bpl. In November when i was doing my physical or whatever they said they had new policies since i had surgery (which was in 2019) so i needed an ok from my doctor that i can donate twice a week even though I’ve been doing it for years now. So i get the doctors ok and i take the paper work in and they say it needs to be faxed or emailed. So i ask my doctor’s office to fax it to them and they do. But when i call ked p... read more
The facility seems a bit nicer and the staff seem a bit more content and pleasant after the change from BPL to KED went through. The great majority of my interactions with the staff have been satisfactory, and they always show a professional, calm, and cool demeanor.
