Overall this is a good place to donate. Staff is friendly and attentive. The only downfall is that if your phlobotamist doesn't get you vein on either arm they don't compensate you like if it's your fault that they can't poke you properly. Other than that it great
Waited in line to be told they don’t accept patients from the other KED clinics in town. Their website says the opposite. Terribly crowded.
