Not friendly people, can hear them saying nasty comments about people. Told couldn’t wait inside and my family members were yelled at for not standing in line but they said nothing to the others sitting and waiting. Supposed to be a mind reader. Won’t be going back there.
Would of recommended this place a month ago but definitely not now as I won't ever return here, takes 2 to 3 people to get ur needle in right an not even a drink afterwards, they should b looked into,so sad
Very long initial screening. Easy chech ins everytime. But the staff is so unprofessional. Most of them have little to no experience. The only person there that is top notch is Kenny she is a sniper with that needle. Everyone else is like a marksman in basic training " keep shooting until they meet the minimum. My 6 visits toot about a month and a half because they keep bruising my arms. Once they couldn't get the vane and I drove home empty handed. My own experience so far- the people here are very rude. Not quite the experience I wanted.
I called about two weeks ago to see if y’all could take me off the deferred list so I could come back. I was told I will get a call back, but I still have not received a call back. I would really like to come back to y’all center to donate plasma.
