It was awesome
I'm very disappointed with the management at Kedplasma. This is not the first time I’ve donated and had issues receiving my bonus payment on time. It seems to happen far too often. Today there was a sign posted stating bonuses would be added within an hour after donating. I finished my donation around 5:30 PM and waited the required hour before calling. A staff member then told me the bonus would be added right before closing at 7 PM. The center was not even busy — there were only about 10 donors — yet the manager was nowher... read more
i love the staff & the speed. it’s easy, simple, & quick! i’ve never had an issue there unlike past places i’ve been. i’ve never had to be re-poked either!
