Staff are only friendly to each other. No regard for donors time at all. And employees standing around laughing and chattin not working at all but look at patients like they are bothering them when spoken to. You would think with three stars yall would read the reviews and fix it. But pop off yall! paying people to stand around doing nothing with attitudes.

I've been donating at this location for years, on days they are busy,there is clear inconsistency among the staff some will answer the same question 3 different ways, even if you point out one staff member saying one thing to another staff member who said something completely different. They go "oh well" and it's always on days they are busy. It's almost like they are trying to run people out and make them feel crazy. Do better keds!
