Impeccable customer service
Yesterday, I walked in there to buy a lawn tractor. Zero interest from any of the sales people who were just shooting the breeze with each other. I walked around their yard and again, zero interest.
Stood at the service desk as the only customer behind an awkward personal conversation between two employees for longer than comfortable until another staff member, not at the desk, noticed and came through to help. When I bought the equipment the Service department was quick to upsell premixed fuel to extend warranty but unwilling to honor warranty or even find a compromise in any way, well within time frame and warranty guidelines.
