Impeccable customer service
Yesterday, I walked in there to buy a lawn tractor. Zero interest from any of the sales people who were just shooting the breeze with each other. I walked around their yard and again, zero interest.
Stood at the service desk as the only customer behind an awkward personal conversation between two employees for longer than comfortable until another staff member, not at the desk, noticed and came through to help. When I bought the equipment the Service department was quick to upsell premixed fuel to extend warranty but unwilling to honor warranty or even find a compromise in any way, well within time frame and warranty guidelines. Great service and honest!
Sean, the sales guy, was a hoot to deal with! He made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and he could probably moonlight as a comedian lol. He knows his stuff and was able to answer every question we had. He even stayed late to make sure we could get our transaction completed before we had to leave town. 100% recommend going to see Sean for your next purchase at Keddie's Trailers and Outdoor Power Equipment!
