I have been coming to this center since January 2022. Everyone is very well trained, knowledgeable, professional and attentive, all the equipment and the entire center is very well kept clean and sanitary.
Ive never had a issue with Kenia. She very attentive and sweet when it come to the patients. And has a soft hand when it come to injecting.
I am or was a returning donor after 2 years. I brought my wife in today as a new donor. Two hours of waiting my wife had managed to read the book and watch the two videos same as myself. We watched and waited, and watched and waited some more as the staff passed us by barely making eye contact with us, not providing any type of conversation, attention or most importantly direction. The staff is amazing and friendly!! I would give 10 stars if I could!
Had an appointment for 10:30; sat for 2 hours waiting and registration still wasn’t even completed on their end. Most people don’t have all day to sit and wait.
