Really frustrating that their billing is not honest and sincere... Was given a sling to walk out with. I should have known better to not trust medical billing! They billed my insurance for 275 for a sling that costs $50! After insurance paid them $100 they are sending me a bill for the remainder... Perhaps letting the patient know what your fees are AHEAD OF TIME, specially for simple things that I can buy myself on amazon!!!!! They just told me that billing will always be a surprise and there is no way of giving me a cost estimate before X- Rays, ect. Yet I get the same estimate I wanted from a different provider today. This doesn’t seem right to me.
