Doctor Katrina lee is amazing great memory and very knowligable about skin related issues was refered to her by city of hope👌👌👌
I had an appointment scheduled today. It was cancelled without notification of ANY kind. When I called, I gave my information to a bot 🤨 then got an operator, who asked for my information again , who then sent me to a scheduler who required me to repeat my information a 3rd time 🤯. How am I supposed to trust a provider with such inefficiencies and disorganization with my health? Done with USC. I needed to schedule a mammogram and a screening CT today too… those will also happen elsewhere.
Dr. Jennifer Hsiao is wonderful. She was extremely kind, attentive, and informative. I cannot recommend her enough.
The guy that stands downstairs and pretty much is bored doing absolutely nothing, makes it really awkward for people coming through the building. Really, really off-putting and unprofessional. Laughing and mocking like a bunch of animals and for no reason. The nurses at this place are not that much better, really awkward and strange experience. Unprofessional and uncomfortable to experience, which is not normally the case with medical offices/buildings and should NOT be the norm. Stay away from this weird place.
