I visited Kebabs in Burwood Westfield on Sunday(12/04/2026)at 5 pm and ordered a Gozelema. I specifically requested not to burn it, given my previous experiences with burnt food from this location, especially during peak hours. Upon collecting my order, I noticed the Gozelema was burnt. When I asked for a replacement, the man in the counter insisted it was fine, then said it would take 5 minutes to remake it. Never again. I felt genuinely embarrassed coming here. This place never used to charge anywhere near this much for a simple order. I ordered my usual something that normally costs around $19.50 and only had $20 on me, thinking it would be fine. Then I was told it was $37.90 for a doner kebab and a drink. Absolutely ridiculous pricing. I was almost charged $30 for a doner kebab that’s just insane. This place is massively overpriced and feels like a complete rip off. It honestly seems like they’re taking advantage of customers rather than offering fair value. There’s no justification for charging that much for something so basic. If you’re thinking of coming here, save your money and go somewhere else or honestly, you’d be better off making your own.

Absolutely loved this place! The kebabs were fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. The meat was perfectly cooked, the bread was soft, and the sauces were spot on. Generous portions and great value for money. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Definitely coming back!
