Current tenant with this company, they are quick to take your money and slow to repair things. Have had a repair order in with them for 6 months to repair parts of the home that are leaking and used daily. Keep getting told that they are waiting on the owner but I did not sign a lease with the owner, I signed the lease with KEATY. And we, the tenants, are the ones suffering because KEATY can't come to terms with the owner. This is ridiculous.
