Update to this post: I called to schedule a service repair only to be informed they "do not service eastern PW county" anymore. This was very disappointing news. I do not know if Mr. Keaton is trying to slow down or what. However, I stand by my previous rating but if you are in eastern PW county, you will have to look elsewhere :-( I called Keaton Plumbing on Monday and had an appointment for Thursday (it was non-emergency).
