Keating Toyota employee Diego Rivera really went above and beyond in helping me with my car repairs. Diego listened to my concerns about my car and explained what needed to be done in a friendly and patient manner. I didn't feel rushed and I felt heard. I had a great experience at Keating Toyota because of Diego Rivera and look forward to having him help me with my car repairs in the future. Also, a shout out to Derrick for being friendly and helpful too. Both employees gave excellent customer service.

I cannot say enough about how horrible our experience was at Keating. I apologize for the length of this, but I do not want anyone else to deal with what happened to us. My wife and I were not in the market to buy a new car but received a Prime deal in the mail. That offered 14k for my wife's car (value 12k), 0 percent interest for 60 months on a Rav 4, and an Amazon $500 gift card, who can say no! So, we called to ask about the deal and just got numbers. On January 30, 2024 drove 3 hours from Austin, TX for a great price on a Toyota 2023 Venza that was advertised as Certified Pre-owned. When we got there learned that the "Certified Pre-owned" was only an option that it would be an additional 1.2K to the price if we wanted to add. This already felt deceptive, but we had driven a long way and it was still a good price so we went ahead with the purchase. It’s not Keating Toyota , It’s CHEATING TOYOTA , I went to Keating Toyota Manvel to buy a RAV 4 for my brother who recently migrated to US. We agreed to pay the amount for a new RAV 4 , even though it was way more than the MSRP. But still we were happy so far , The cheating started from the account guy Sergio Ortega , he charged an additional $2615 to the total amount , in revenge of we declined all the additional care packages.
