On January 30, 2024 drove 3 hours from Austin, TX for a great price on a Toyota 2023 Venza that was advertised as Certified Pre-owned. When we got there learned that the "Certified Pre-owned" was only an option that it would be an additional 1.2K to the price if we wanted to add. It’s not Keating Toyota , It’s CHEATING TOYOTA , I went to Keating Toyota Manvel to buy a RAV 4 for my brother who recently migrated to US. We agreed to pay the amount for a new RAV 4 , even though it was way more than the MSRP. But still we were happy so far , The cheating started from the account guy Sergio Ortega , he charged an additional $2615 to the total amount , in revenge of we declined all the additional care packages.
