RecommendedThis is the first review I’ve ever written, but felt compelled to do so after the completion of the job preformed by Keating Mud Jacking. We had quite a bit of damage in our basement from a plugged drain tile around the foundation. The concrete walls were being pushed in from lack of water removal from around the house. Didn't deliver what the signed proposal stated "Leveling of sidewalk". When communicated this to the company with pictures, they responded with "We aren't magicians", yet another mudjacking contractor said they are able to bring the sidewalk up to spec. Lost my business and all future recommendations due to poor service and the lack of trying to resolve a legitimate customer complaint. This is the first time I have ever posted a review on Facebook, I don't use it that much. However, I felt compelled to write this review. Jennifer - very helpful and always returned my calls. Eric - he is the reason I am writing this review. I am recently widowed (and told Eric this) and I feel very tentative about getting bids on things I don't know about.... don't know if I am getting ripped off or not. Rude employees. Cant even show up on time. Management is a joke!
Called several times to get the water looked at in our basement and never got a call back.
They did a great job. They were fast and knew exactly what they were doing. I was impressed with their professional attitude and their "we can do this" demeanor.
