after some research. this Watters guy is a nut job. 1. He never hired us the realitor did. 2. it rained for a month and he couldn't close on the property with 2 houses on it. bank wouldn't finance it so it was a must to remove the old house ASAP. 3. everything we did was explained and approved by the people that hired us.. Remember this guy didn't own the property until we where done and gone. Then he could close on it. Hired to take down a small house , they tore it down left debris all over the place ,made a huge trench in my yard creating a funnel onto Army core of engineer land , destroyed the private drive that my neighbors use making it impossible for them to even use if it rains and absolutely will not communicate except for empty promises and lies. They destroyed 6 concrete pads of my side walk . Im getting prices and searching for an attorney now, do not hire these people
