My mini tower got stuck in a loop. Mr. Keats worked and worked to get it to go again. I expected the charge to be at least $100. It was very much lower. Repaired with a smile. Absolutely will use again.

I often come in here to take care of my Amazon returns. I don't know the gentleman's name that owns the place but he is often very kind and very nice and often teases and jokes lightly. It is a pleasant experience when I go in there and the gentleman works efficiently to get me in and out as quick as as possible. And I appreciate that
